Using different advocacy strategies is much more powerful and more likely to succeed at bringing social change, than using just one kind of advocacy. The more creative you are, the greater your chances of success. We will help you to develop and use different strategies—administrative, legislative/political, legal, media/public education and direct action to achieve your advocacy goals.

Free Lunch Provided 12 p.m. – 1 p.m.

Strategic Planning 1 p.m. – 3 p.m.

Understand the importance of having a clear mission and vision for your organization. Learn how to prepare an action plan with overarching goals and measurable objectives, as well as an effective strategy with target dates.
